Officials in Handwara police district identified the arrested person as Mushtaq Ahmad Najar, son of Gh Ahmad Najar a resident of Brath Kalan Sopore.
The police in a statement said to arms and ammunition including one pistol, magazine, 8 rounds and 02 grenades were recovered from him.
